About Us

REACT is an Augsburg-based engineering and advisory firm for the industrial energy transition. We support energy-intensive industries, project developers and investors in delivering hydrogen, battery storage (BESS), energy management (EMS) and industrial energy projects – from feasibility and funding strategy through engineering,
EPCM and commissioning.

Our work combines technical depth (LCOH/LCOE modelling, FEED, owner’s engineering) with regulatory and commercial discipline (BImSchG permitting, bankable business cases).

What we offer

Where does your project stand?

From site analysis to optimised operation: pick the phase your project is in and see what REACT delivers there – and what you hold in your hands at the end.

Phase 1

Site analysis

“What is actually possible at our site – and what is worth it?”

  • Record the site’s energy demand, load profiles and heat profiles
  • Assess potentials: PV, wind, waste heat, heat pumps, storage, hydrogen
  • Check grid connection, available land and existing infrastructure
  • First concept sketch with a technology shortlist and clear no-gos
