Our service portfolio combines German engineering precision with deep sector expertise.
End-to-end hydrogen project development. From electrolysis sizing and offtake strategy to engineering, permitting and procurement support. We model LCOH over 25 years, optimise plant configuration against funding pathways (BayFELI, EU Innovation Fund, KfW), and assess pipeline, storage and transport integration.
Battery storage for industry and grid. We size BESS against the use case (peak
shaving, self-consumption, frequency response, arbitrage), build the financial
model with revenue stack and funding logic, and deliver technical design through FEED and procurement. Industrial scale (≈ 1–20 MWh) and utility scale.
Energy management for industrial sites and microgrids. We design and integrate EMS solutions that orchestrate generation, storage, loads and grid interaction – including measurement infrastructure, optimisation logic, and integration with existing process control (SCADA, MES, ERP). EMS as the brain of the industrial energy system.
Integrated design of renewable generation, hybrid plants and heat integration. PV, wind, hybrid systems, heat pumps, CHP, waste heat recovery. Site assessment, grid connection studies, FEED and owner’s engineering. We plan plants to maximise self-consumption, decarbonisation impact and funding eligibility.
Owner’s engineering from concept through commissioning. Concept, basic and detailed engineering. EPC contractor evaluation, selection and contract advisory. Onsite owner’s engineering through construction and start-up. We protect the owner’s interests in EPC contracts where the contractor protects their own.
Funding strategy, permitting and bankable business cases. We map projects against
the German and European funding landscape (BayFELI, KfW, BAFA, EU Innovation Fund, IPCEI), draft fundable
applications, steer projects through permitting under BImSchG and sector frameworks, and deliver NPV/IRR cashflow models, LCOH/LCOE and investment memos for boards, banks and equity partners.
