The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project shall be uniquely defined in a separate, written Service Agreement or Proposal signed by both parties.
All concepts, methodologies, digital twin frameworks, technical models, data analysis, and documentation displayed on this website or delivered during the provision of services remain the exclusive intellectual property of REACT.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered materials solely for the internal business purposes specified in the respective project agreement. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
REACT conducts its technical assessments and engineering simulations utilizing state-of-the-art industry software and methodology. However, all market forecasts, economic viability studies (including IRR projections), and regulatory interpretations are estimations based on available historical and technical data.
REACT shall not be held liable for commercial project outcomes, investment losses, or unforeseen regulatory changes (such as modifications to the BImSchG framework or grid connection grid codes) enacted by transmission system operators ($TSOs$) or local authorities.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the registered seat of the Company in Germany.
